In a phone call on Monday, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu and his Saudi counterpart Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud discussed bilateral relations.

According to Turkish diplomatic sources, the two spoke about bilateral ties and steps to be taken to further strengthen relations.

The phone call came before Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, according to a statement by Turkey’s Communications Directorate, held a phone call with Saudi Arabia Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman (MBS).

The statement indicated that Erdogan conveyed his get well soon wishes to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud after being informed of his health condition.

It also added that the two discussed bilateral relations and regional developments.
