A German government spokesperson said on Tuesday that German Chancellor Olaf Scholz discussed bilateral and regional issues with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in a phone call.
In a statement, Steffen Hebestreit indicated that the lingering war in Yemen and Ukraine and its global repercussions were also on the agenda of talks with the Saudi crown prince.
The statement added that cooperation within the framework of G20 and other economy-related issues were also touched upon during the phone call.
