Halil Kursad Aslan

Halil Kursad Aslan has been working as an Economic Studies Expert at ORSAM since 2020. He graduated from the METU Department of Political Science and Public Administration in 1994. He completed his Master's program with a thesis at Marmara University in 1999 and received his second Master's degree in Political History and International Relations. He received his PhD from the Department of Political Science at Kent State University in Ohio in 2011. Dr. Aslan, who was an Assistant Professor at Eskisehir University between 2011-2015, has been giving lectures in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at Istanbul Medipol University since 2015. Dr. Aslan's main research areas are international political economy, foreign policy and global politics.
