Libyan Interior Minister Khaled Mazen met with members of the 5+5 Joint Military Committee.
The meeting was attended by General Ahmed Abu Shahma, General Mukhtar al-Naqsa, General Mustafa Yahya, General Radwan al-Gharari and Director of Security Operations, General Ali al-Nuwaisri.
During the talks, the steps to be taken to secure the area extending from the Al-Hishah region to Jufra and where mine search and destruction is currently underway were discussed.
In addition to this, Major General Ali Nuwaisri stated the need for the opening of three different police stations to make the road open to the public.
Interior Minister Khaled Mazen, on the other hand, stated that as a ministry, they will provide all kinds of support to ensure the safety of more than 200 roads across Libya.
