Kuwaiti Foreign Minister pays official visits in Libya

The Foreign Minister delivered the Kuwaiti Crown Prince’s letter addressing to the head of Libya’s Presidency Council Mohamed al-Menfi.

Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Ahmad Nasser Al Mohammed Al Sabah paid an official visit to Libya to hold talks with Libyan officials. During his visit, the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister came together with his Libyan counterpart, Najla Al Mangoush.

Speaking at a joint press conference following the meeting with his counterpart, Sheikh Ahmad reiterated his country’s endless support for Libya. The two top diplomats also exchanged views regarding bilateral relations as well as regional and international developments.

Within the scope of his visit, the Kuwaiti FM also held talks with Libya Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh. During the meeting, the Kuwaiti minister emphasized his country’s stance in supporting Libya’s attempts to preserve its sovereignty, security, and stability.

Besides, the Foreign Minister delivered a letter which was written by the Kuwaiti Crown Prince Sheikh Meshal Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah addressed to the head of the Libya Presidential Council, Mohamed Younes al-Menfi. In the letter, the Kuwait Crown Prince highlighted the relations between the two countries, ways to boost them in various fields. The Crown Prince also invited al-Menfi to visit Kuwait.
