On Tuesday, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry, two Palestinians were shot dead by Israeli forces in the occupied West Bank.

Abdullah al-Hosari and Shadi Najm, aged 22 and 18 respectively, were killed in clashes in the Jenin refugee camp in the northern West Bank, the state news agency Wafa said.

Jenin hospital director Wissam Abu Bakr told the official Voice of Palestine radio that three other Palestinians were also injured, one of them being serious.

Clashes broke out between Palestinians and Israeli forces following a raid on the camp on Tuesday, according to eyewitnesses.

Israeli forces raided a house in the camp and took a Palestinian into custody, witnesses say.

There was no comment from the Israeli military on the report.
