Bomb attacks carried out simultaneously at two different points in the Jarablus district of northern Syria killed a civilian and injured 15 others, including children.
Bombs placed on a motorcycle and a garbage container were detonated simultaneously in the center of Jarablus, which was cleared of terrorist elements with Operation Euphrates Shield.
Those injured by the blasts were transferred to hospitals in Jarablus.
Local security forces investigating the scene are focusing on the possibility that the attack was organized by the Syrian branch of the PKK terrorist organization, the YPG.
The YPG/PKK is still present in the regions of Tel Rifat and Manbij. The organization frequently organizes terrorist acts by targeting Bab, Azez, Jarablus, and Afrin, aiming to displace civilians living in the area.
