On Monday, four Palestinians were wounded in a raid by the Israeli police on the residence of Jerusalem Governor Adnan Ghaith in occupied East Jerusalem, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society.

The four people in question were injured after being attacked by Israeli police in Jerusalem’s Silwan district, according to the agency’s statement.

According to the statement, the four were treated on the spot by medics. Furthermore, according to a report, Israeli police stormed the governor’s residence but made no arrests. Following the raid, the Israeli police made no comment.

Meanwhile, the Israeli police invaded the residence of the Palestinian governor and abused his family, according to the governor’s office.

According to the same statement, the governor sustained an injury to his hand. The governor has already been imprisoned by Israeli soldiers on multiple occasions.
