Iraq’s state news agency reported that security forces destroyed a major stronghold that belonged to the Daesh/ISIS terrorist group in the west of Mosul.

The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) said in a statement that it had located the hideout in the Adaiya Mountains in the west of Mosul through a security operation.

The PMF’s statement said that the hideout housed the group’s “technical equipment, packages, documents and logistical materials.”
