Candidates of the Libyan presidential elections
A total of 98 candidates from the eastern, western and southern regions of Libya applied to the Libyan High National Election Commission (HNEC) for the presidential elections scheduled for December 24. Of the 25 prominent candidates, 18 are from the west, three are from the south and four are from the east. The following names are those that are the most prominent.
