In northern Syria, the towns of Azaz and Al-Bab have been struck with terror attacks on 31 January, resulting in 10 dead and 24 injured, reports say. In Azaz, a vehicle mounted with explosives detonated in the town, while a bomb detonated in a checkpoint east of Al-Bab’s city center. Four deaths and 20 injuries emerged from the initial explosion, and 6 dead and 4 injured were reported from the latter explosion in Al-Bab.
While the number has not changed, local officials fear that the number of casualties may increase in the coming hours.
