According to a Palestinian source in the occupied West Bank, Israeli bulldozers razed 11 Palestinian buildings on Wednesday.

According to Basil al-Adra, five homes occupied by 18 people, five bars, and a water well were destroyed in the Al-Fakheet Bedouin settlement, which is located south of Hebron.

His statement went on to say that the demolitions in Area C were being carried out because of a shortage of construction licenses issued by the Israeli authority.

A three-part division of the West Bank, including East Jerusalem, was established by the 1995 Oslo Accords between Israel and the Palestinian Authority. These were designated as Area A, Area B, and Area C.

Israeli authorities destroyed a total of 768 Palestinian buildings in Area C and occupied East Jerusalem between January and November 2021, according to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA).
