According to a hospital, ten Palestinians were injured on Friday when Israeli troops stormed a residence in the West Bank city of Jenin amid violent fighting.

The injured were transported to the Ibn Sina Hospital, the Jenin-based facility confirmed in a statement.

Palestinian media sites said that senior Fatah prisoner Zakaria Zubeidi’s brother, Dawood Zubeidi, was among the injured.

Eyewitnesses have said that armed battles are presently occurring within the Jenin refugee camp, where the army has besieged a house in the Al-Hadaf neighborhood and is using loudspeakers to encourage two young men to surrender.

According to an official radio, the Israeli army injured a Palestinian man northeast of Al-Bireh city, but did not provide any information.

According to the Israeli military, a “preventive and preventive” operation was conducted in the West Bank.
